LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - On Tuesday, the southern Indiana counties of Clark and Floyd have released their joint report, Priorities for Progress in Southern Indiana: 2025 Update .

This report is the third of its kind, following similar ones in 2015 and 2020, and is the first since the COVID-19 pandemic.

According to a press release, the study was made by the Indiana University Southeast Applied Research and Education Center and centers on what Clark and Floyd county residents said is most important to working families. The data was gathered through listening sessions, gallery walks and almost 500 community surveys.

Housing affordability, workforce and education development, youth development, and health needs were reported among the top issues residents were concerned about.
