A South Charleston man who referred to himself as the "Wolf of West Virginia" was sentenced Monday to seven years in federal prison and to make restitution payments of around $399,000 for his fraudulent schemes.
Theodore Miller, 35, pleaded guilty in March to two counts of wire fraud. According to a news release from the U.S. Attorney's Office, Miller defrauded over 180 people through two real estate investment schemes. Legal Affairs
