INDIANAPOLIS — A man who pleaded guilty to sexually exploiting a girl in Indianapolis has been sentenced to 35 years in federal prison.

Carlos Granados, 35, pleaded guilty to sexual exploitation of child, coercion and enticement of a minor and possession of visual depictions of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct."

According to court documents, Granados was living with the victim and a woman when the abuse was reported on Oct. 28, 2023. The woman believed Granados was cheating on her and checked his phone, where she found messages, pictures and videos of a sexual nature involving Granados and the 15-year-old girl.
