A southwest Missouri man is one of four U.S. Army soldiers killed in a helicopter crash during a training flight in Washington State.

The Army has identified the victims of the September 18th crash, including 35-year-old Chief Warrant Officer Andrew Cully of Sparta.

The crash happened near Joint Base Lewis-McChord, killing Cully and fellow soldiers from Florida and Washington.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation, though weather conditions at the time were reported as mostly clear.
