BELL COUNTY, Ky. (WYMT) - Pineville Police and the Bell County Sheriff’s Office arrested four people after executing a search warrant on 4th Street in the Wallsend community Monday night.

Investigators said they discovered a substantial amount of suspected narcotics and cash believed to be tied to drug trafficking. The drugs were found within reach of a child living in the residence.

Those arrested include:

Demetrice Osbourne, 41 - charged with trafficking methamphetamine and cocaine, possession of hydrocodone and marijuana, drug paraphernalia, wanton endangerment, engaging in organized crime, and other offenses.

Andre Cloud, 44 – facing the same trafficking and possession charges, plus contempt of court.

Tamicca Carton, 38 – charged with trafficking methamphetamine and cocaine, posse
