LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - A Bluegrass Crime Stoppers tip helped the Lexington Police Department arrest a man in connection with a burglary.

Police say on August 20, officers went to a home on Altamont Court.

The suspect, now identified as Ra’mone Burdette, reportedly broke into the home with a gun.

Burdette was featured on Crimestoppers earlier this month.

Police say thanks to a tip, Burdette was arrested on Tuesday.

Burdette’s new charges include:

Possession of Handgun by Convicted Felon

Trafficking in Controlled Substance 1st Degree (Fentanyl) – 1st Offense (Enhancement)

Possession of Marijuana (Enhancement)

Using Restricted Ammunition in the Commission of a Felony / No Shots Fired

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
