Class of 2026 running back Kaydin Jones, a four-star prospect out of Jenks High School, has decommitted from Oklahoma State, he confirmed to Rivals . Jones had been committed to the Cowboys since March 26.The change comes in the wake of Oklahoma State moving on from longtime head coach Mike Gundy following a disappointing stretch for the program. The coaching transition played a role in Jones’ decision to reopen his recruitment and explore other opportunities.
The 6-foot, 185-pound back, nicknamed “Batman,” is ranked as the No. 465 overall player according to Rivals for the 2026 class. He originally chose OSU over a final group that included Oklahoma, Kansas, Louisville, and Vanderbilt, while also holding national offers from more than 30 schools
