NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - A new record was set at Nashville’s premier birthing center this week.

TriStar Centennial Women’s Hospital announced the birth of Baby Cassian, who weighed in at 12 pounds, 14 ounces.

The hospital reported that Cassian is the largest baby born at Centennial in the last three years.

TriStar Centennial reported that one year ago, the mother had lost a baby, which made Cassian’s birth all the more special.
