BUCKHANNON, W.Va. (WBOY) — The Upshur County Sheriff's Office is searching for a man accused of dealing drugs near a school and then failing to appear.

According to a release from the Upshur County Sheriff's Office, Joshua Dale Cutright, also known as "Cutty," is wanted on a capias warrant for failure to appear. Deputies said he has numberous tattoos and is believed to be in the Upshur County area.

Cutright was arrested along with five others this past May after the Mountain Region Drug and Violent Crime Task Force conducted a “felony Drug Offender arrest operation” in Upshur County. Cutright was charged at the time with conspiracy to deliver meth, as well as delivery within 1,000 feet of a school.
