PAX, WV (WVNS) -- Governor Patrick Morrisey announced the arrest of 12 people in West Virginia for immigration violations.

According to a press release from Governor Morrisey, over a two day period, the West Virginia State Police and the United States Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) arrested 12 people on Tuesday, September 23, 2025 for immigration violations.

I am proud to have West Virginia’s Law Enforcement working together with ICE to enforce the nation’s immigration laws and support President Trump’s border policies.
