LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - KARK 4 News anchor Gary Burton, Jr. sat down with former North Little Rock Police Department officer Tommy Norman following his recent arrest and retirement announcement.

After 27 years, Norman announced on Monday his plan to retire from law enforcement. The decision came a week after Norman was arrested on a charge of 3rd degree domestic battery.
