New emergency rules from the TABC now ban the sale of hemp-derived THC products to anyone under 21.

AUSTIN - Following an executive order from Gov. Greg Abbott earlier this month regarding the sale of THC to minors, new emergency rules were passed Tuesday, effective immediately.

The rules , issued by the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission, prevent hemp consumables from being sold to those younger than 21.
