NEW LONDON, Conn. — Construction has resumed on the Revolution Wind offshore turbine project following a federal court ruling that overturned a stop-work order issued last month by the administration of President Donald Trump.
The decision has brought thousands of workers back to job sites and restarted a multibillion-dollar renewable energy effort for Connecticut and Rhode Island.
