"In Lemoyne Borough, we just completed an infill new two story home where a blighted, abandoned property stood on Herman Avenue," said Gary Lenker, executive director for Tri County Housing. "We acquired that, we tore it down and built a new home. There are hundreds and hundreds of those types of opportunities."
