Offered by Matthew and Melissa George, the substantial Ben Lomond holding is being sold following the purchase of additional country by the Georges in Queensland's Brisbane Valley.

Brucelyn was bought at auction for $14.35 million in 2121, with Mt Emby bought at auction for $7.9m in 2023.

The Georges are particularly well known in the feedlot and cattle industry through their business Bovine Dynamics.
