MESA COUNTY, Colo. (KREX) — Mesa County, Colorado Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management, is inviting local non-agricultural producers and supplier businesses that were impacted by the Turner Gulch Fire, which started in July, to complete a Business Impact Survey by Oct. 14.

The survey will help authorities from local, tribal, and state agencies better understand the fire's economic and physical impacts on the local business community, which may include: • Business impacts like operations disruptions or delays, staffing shortages, increased operating costs, and lost revenue or inventory. • Physical damages to any business-related property from fire, ash, smoke, fumes or post-fire flooding.

The survey is neither an application for businesses to request financial assist
