He was referring to the large piles of construction and demolition (C&D) waste piled up in front his house at Gola Kuan Camp Tehkhand village at the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD)-designated dhalaon (garbage collection point), meant for municipal waste.

“This waste is dumped by private vehicles. I don’t know where they come from. You see my car, it gets all dusty within a few hours… There is too much pollution here,” he added.
