The US Secret Service says it has dismantled a network of electronic devices found near the United Nations in New York which could have 'disrupted' US telecommunications ahead of a major gathering of world leaders, including Donald Trump.
Global leaders have gathered in the American city for the UN General Assembly, which meets annually at the UN Headquarters every September.
The US president took to the stage this afternoon to delivery a fiery speech in which he told his counterparts from 193 member states that their countries were 'going to hell'.

According to the Mirror's Mikey Smith , reactions included a 'particularly loud ripple of gasps' which came after Trump
