ROCHESTER, Minn.-- The Rochester Public Schools board will vote in October on adopting a new mission, vision, values and logo, following Tuesday’s presentation of the refreshed identity.

During the meeting, the district introduced a logo inspired by building blocks, using a bold, multi-color geometric look intended to reflect vibrancy, diversity and a unified design adaptable to individual schools. The visual identity is being rolled out with co-branding in mind, allowing schools flexibility while preserving a cohesive district brand.

A new tagline, “Where Every Student Thrives,” was also unveiled. Board members said they hope students and staff see themselves in the new look, reflecting the inclusive, community-centered process that shaped it.
