Two people were injured following a suspected road rage shooting in Poinciana on Tuesday afternoon, according to the Osceola County Sheriff's Office.

The shooting occurred sometime after 4 p.m. near the area of Cypress Parkway and Marigold Avenue, a spokesperson with the sheriff's office told WESH 2.

The sheriff's office said the shooting occurred after the male suspect got out of his vehicle and exchanged words with the victims. Soon after the victims attempted to leave the intersection, the suspect fired three shots into the passenger side of the vehicle, hitting the front-right passenger in the face, while the driver suffered injuries after being grazed by a bullet.
