Nearly two weeks after Conservative activist Charlie Kirk was killed while speaking at Utah Valley University, over 100 Pittsburghers gathered to honor him with a candlelight vigil Tuesday night.

They called the evening a turning point for their faith, which is a nod to the name of Kirk’s organization, Turning Point USA.
“It’s great to see the Pittsburgh community coming together and supporting Charlie and the other kids. I saw lots of different people from different backgrounds,” Alyssa Suska of the South Side Slopes said.
