KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Nineteen people have been arrested after a search warrant was executed by the Knox County Sheriff's Office on Tuesday.
KCSO said a Complaint-Driven Search Warrant led to the Narcotics Unit executing a search warrant at a residence in the 3900 block of Bud MacMillan Road. Deputies arrested 19 people and seized methamphetamine and fentanyl in the process.
"The warrant followed an investigation prompted by citizen complaints and supported by traffic stops, overdose responses, and a documented history of criminal activity at the residence," KCSO said.
During the search, KCSO located "quantities" of methamphetamine and fentanyl, along with evidence consistent with drug distribution, including baggies, packaging materials and digital scales.
