Bubba’s 33 is getting ready to bring burgers, wings and wall-to-wall TVs to Fort Wayne.
The casual dining restaurant is set to open in mid-November at 317 E. Coliseum Blvd. in the former Chili’s location. The 6,800-square-foot space will feature a dining room and open-air garage bar designed for sports fans.
The menu centers on made-from-scratch offerings including stone-baked pizza, burgers, wings, hand-breaded tenders, lasagna and marinated ribeye.
Hours will be 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to midnight Friday and Saturday.
The local location will be the 56th Bubba’s 33 nationwide. The chain was founded in 2013 by Kent Taylor, who also founded Texas Roadhouse.
