Delhi Police have registered a case against Swami Chaitanyananda Saraswati, manager of Sri Sharda Institute of Indian Management, after multiple girl students accused him of sexual harassment.
According to police, statements of 32 PGDM students enrolled under the EWS scholarship were recorded. Of these, 17 students alleged that Saraswati used abusive language, sent obscene WhatsApp and SMS messages, and engaged in unwanted physical contact.
A case has been filed at Vasant Kunj Police Station under sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS). Police have impounded Saraswati’s car, which was found carrying a forged diplomatic number plate.
