LUCKNOW: A headmaster was arrested for attacking a top education officer with a belt. The headmaster thrashed Basic Shiksha Adhikari (BSA) with belt over an argument that broke out. The incident happened at the BSA office in Uttar Pradesh’s Sitapur. The CCTV footage has emerged. The headmaster of Mahmudabad Nadwa Primary School identified as Bijendra Kumar Verma brutally attacked the BSA officer Akhilesh Pratap Singh.
