BLACK MOUNTAIN, N.C. (WSPA) -- A huge blues festival in Western North Carolina is bringing in top musicians and supporting Hurricane Helene relief efforts.

The Black Mountain Blues Festival is back for 2025, a three-day celebration of music, community, and education from Friday, September 26th, through Sunday, September 28th, in Downtown Black Mountain, N.C.

It's put on by the new nonprofit Black Mountain Blues Society and will feature a vibrant mix of national and regional blues artists.

There's a packed lineup with two of Rolling Stone’s top 100 guitar players and a generational bass player.

50 percent of net proceeds will be donated to support Hurricane Helene recovery efforts, reinforcing the festival's mission to uplift and serve the community through music.
