MIDLAND, MI — Northwood University officials announced the college raised more than $20 million to support automotive education during a sold-out 62nd Northwood University International Auto Show last week in Midland.
Northwood President Kent MacDonald made the announcement at the event, marking a significant milestone in the university’s “When We Are Free” campaign . The $20 million achievement brings the campaign to more than 75% of its $100 million goal, officials said.
The fundraising success coincided with what MacDonald called the nation’s largest outdoor, student-run auto show reaching unprecedented heights.
