ST. LOUIS — A fourth person has been charged in the death of Colin Brown, the teenage hockey player who was fatally shot while riding with his father on Interstate 55 last November.
James Roach, 26, is charged with first-degree murder, first-degree assault and four other felonies.
Roach lives in the 1700 block of Grape Avenue in north St. Louis, near Jennings. He waived a bond hearing Monday. It is now set for next week.
Authorities had already charged Diamond Marshaevia Baucom, 27, of Maryland Heights; Donovan M. Baucom, 29, of Bel-Ridge; and Garrett Jordan, 27, of St. Louis, in Colin's death.
