Dr. Raúl Zegarra, a distinguished scholar and Assistant Professor of Roman Catholic Theological Studies at Harvard Divinity School, will deliver a public lecture titled “Faith, Hope, and Resistance in Times of Crisis” on Thursday, October 3 at 7 p.m. at the PC Theater.

Dr. Zegarra’s talk, the next in the Cultural and Historical Awareness Program, CHAP, lecture series, will address a growing sense of frustration among scholars and activists regarding the perceived failures of democracy, human rights, and organized religion to uphold the dignity of all people.
