AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) - The Department of Veterans Affairs on Wednesday announced more than $32 million in grants to seven Georgia organizations to help veterans who are homeless or at-risk of becoming homeless.

The Georgia organizations receiving grants are:

Changing Homelessness, $15,604,329

Central Savannah River Area Economic Opportunity Authority, $1,864,282

Volunteers of America Southeast, $2,098,333

Travelers Aid of Metro Atlanta, $6,148,181

Project Community Connections, $2,230,109

Volunteers of America Southeast, $919,799

Volunteer Behavioral Health Care System, $3,334,225
