The family of 11-year-old Roxanne Bonanni, who was hit and killed in Harrison Township, is focused on grieving while the community questions the DUI charge against the driver.
Fred Rabner, the attorney representing the family in a civil case, said, "The fact that a child was killed and the person responsible for killing her is charged, the family feels grateful that the person is being held accountable." Advertisement
Rabner said, "My job as a civil attorney is to establish the negligence of the driver who killed our family member, as well as those bars that served that fella minutes before he left and killed their family member."
