SCOTTSDALE, Arizona — P.F. Chang’s is shaking up its menu nationwide with new cocktails, sushi rolls and the return of fan favorite Garlic Noodles .

The Asian-inspired restaurant chain announced Wednesday that its refreshed menu includes a new $8.99 Cocktail Collection, featuring handcrafted drinks. Seasonal offerings like the Blood Orange Margarita and The Peartini will rotate quarterly, while house cocktails and select wines will also be priced to encourage everyday indulgence.

The restaurant says beyond drinks, the menu introduces new sushi options such as the Kung Pao Dragon Roll and Spicy Tuna, alongside return of the highly requested Garlic Noodles. Guests can now choose flexible entrée sizes and half appetizers.
