HARTFORD, Conn. — Connecticut’s three-year energy savings plan has been officially approved by the state’s Department of Energy and Environmental Protection.
A DEEP release last Thursday announced that the department issued its Final Determination on the 2025-2027 Conservation and Load Management, or (C&LM) Plan.
The plan is a comprehensive strategy which guides the priorities, design and incentives for Connecticut’s energy efficiency and demand management programs.
The programs are administered by Eversource and Avangrid under the brand name “Energize Connecticut."
