The two “ Wicked ”-branded cereals currently on store shelves are the world’s most generic cereal puffs with a flashy coat of paint to promote the new movie.

Unfortunately for me, they’re really cool coats of paint and I 100% fell for the marketing ploy.

It’s like when they come out with multiple “Pokémon” video games at once and make them just different enough that you have to get both.

Back then, it was very important to me that I had access to both “Pokémon Blue Version” and “Pokémon Red Version.”

You don’t understand! The Red Version had Meowth, and he was in the cartoon. The Blue Version had Scyther, which is a big bug with swords for arms.

Fortunately for me now, I work a full-time job so that I can afford two boxes of cereal that I absolutely do not need.
