ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Late on the night of September 25, a man was shot; luckily, he survived.

Officers found the 29-year-old city resident after responding to a call of a person shot in the area of the 400 block of Frost Avenue. He was hit in the lower extremities.

He was taken to the hospital via ambulance for non-life-threatening injuries.

RPD has yet to find a suspect or suspects, but the investigation is ongoing.
