The mother of Jay Slater, a Lancashire teenager who tragically disappeared in Tenerife in June 2024, has spoken out about the online abuse her family received following his disappearance.

In an emotional interview on BBC Breakfast, Debbie Duncan revealed how her family was bombarded with misinformation and online trolling after Jay went missing.
