MORGANFIELD, Ky. - The Lions Club Annual Corn Festival is set to bring the community together in downtown Morganfield.
The event runs from September 25 to 27th, and promises a weekend filled with food, music, and community spirit.
On Thursday, September 25, festivities kick off at 11 a.m. with the Lions Club hosting half-pot ticket sales and food booths.
The carnival will offer half-price bracelet night starting at 4:30 p.m.
At 5 p.m., the opening ceremonies will include the dedication of the newly named Coal Corner and a tribute to Paul Monsour. Activities continue with a Kids Zone featuring inflatables and a balloon artist.
A pickleball tournament will be held at City Park at 6 p.m.
