JACKSON COUNTY, Mich. (WILX) - American 1 Credit Union has announced a $50,000 contribution to support the revitalization of the Cascades at Sparks Foundation Park in Jackson County.

The donation will help fund essential structural improvements, lighting upgrades, and enhancements to the overall visitor experience.

A longstanding community landmark, the Cascades has served as a popular gathering place for concerts, celebrations, and educational field trips.

Jackson County Parks officials are leading the effort to restore and modernize the iconic structure while preserving its historical significance.
