Iwant to sing the praises of the Nome Schoolhouse, a hidden gem just 65 miles from Fargo.

As president of the North Dakota Peace Garden Unit of the Airstream Club International I am tasked to find rallying sites for the club. Our last rally of the year was Sep 18-21 at the Nome Schoolhouse. It was a resounding success due to its staff and facilities.

Unfortunately it rained the first two days of the rally, which usually puts a damper on a camping weekend. The Schoolhouse allowed us to use their event space for our group meetings and it saved the weekend. We also took advantage of the amazing chefs, having a breakfast buffet every morning, participating in their Thirsty Thursday and Friday Pizza night, as well as an outstanding catered meal Saturday night.
