Members of the public have been warned to call 999 if they see a man wanted by police as part of an investigation into GBH. Police have warned the public not to approach Liam Eland-Smith, 20, a man with Middlesbrough and Stockton links.
The allegetion against him is of grievous bodily harm (GBH) with intent. Police have issued a full description of Eland-Smith, including his known hangouts, and a picture, above.
