Members of the public have been warned to call 999 if they see a man wanted by police as part of an investigation into GBH. Police have warned the public not to approach Liam Eland-Smith, 20, a man with Middlesbrough and Stockton links.

The allegetion against him is of grievous bodily harm (GBH) with intent. Police have issued a full description of Eland-Smith, including his known hangouts, and a picture, above.

Cleveland Police said: "Police are appealing to trace 20-year-old Liam Eland-Smith, from Middlesbrough, who is wanted in connection with an allegation of grievous bodily harm (GBH) with intent. Liam frequents the Stockton town centre, Middlesbrough (TS1 and TS3) areas and the Darlington area.
