A tourist was shot and killed in a drive-by shooting while visiting Wisconsin for a golf trip.

According to WTMJ in Milwaukee , Giovanni Michael “Mike” Robinson was a new father from Canada. The Sheboygan Falls Police Department said he was shot while walking back to his hotel on Monroe Street at 12:08 a.m. on Wednesday.

He was pronounced dead at the scene, despite lifesaving efforts from first responders.

The motive for the shooting remains unclear, and no arrests have been made, police said. The suspect’s vehicle was described as a small, dark-colored SUV.

Robinson’s family told the TV station that Robinson sent them a photo on Tuesday of him celebrating his first-ever hole-in-one at a nearby golf course.
