ITHACA, N.Y. (WETM) — A Rochester man was arrested in Ithaca on Tuesday after a Flock Safety camera system alerted police that a stolen vehicle was entering the city, according to information from the Tompkins County Sheriff's Office.

Clayton A. Stone, 21, of Rochester, was arrested on Tuesday, Sept. 23, on the following charges: • Criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree, a class E felony • Criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, a class A misdemeanor. • Obstructing governmental administration in the second degree, a class A misdemeanor.
