Emergency services were alerted to an incident on Paddington Green at 2.20pm on September 23.
At the scene, the London Ambulance Service found a 16-year-old boy suffering a wound to his arm.
He was taken to a major trauma centre and has since been discharged with non-life changing injuries.
An arrest was made later that same day.

The Metropolitan Police have now charged a 17-year-old boy with wounding with intent, possession of an offensive weapon, and possession of a class B drug.
The teen from Westminster has been remanded in custody.
According to the Met, he appeared at Highbury Corner Magistrates' Court today (September 25).
