JOHNSON COUNTY, Kan. (KCTV) - An Overland Park man was sentenced Tuesday in a fatal drug distribution case.

Hugo Cesar Guzman Jr. was sentenced to 155 months in prison for one count of distributing a controlled substance resulting in death.

The 22-year-old pled guilty in July to the one count of distributing a controlled substance resulting in death.

Guzman Jr. was charged in October 2023 with distributing a controlled substance resulting in the death of Wesley Howard on Feb. 20, 2022.
