The Alzheimer’s Association of Massachusetts/New Hampshire Chapter is inviting Cape Cod residents to take part in the Cape Cod Walk to End Alzheimer’s on Sunday, October 19, at Cape Cod Community College in West Barnstable.
This year’s Walk has set a goal to raise $111,000 to support the Alzheimer’s Association’s mission of advancing critical care, support and research efforts. The Cape Cod Walk to End Alzheimer’s is one of nine Walks taking place across Massachusetts this fall, uniting communities statewide in the fight to end this disease.
