INDIANAPOLIS — A Silver Alert has been declared as Indy police are searching for a missing 15-year-old boy.

The IU Health Department of Public Safety is investigating the disappearance of 15-year-old Bobby Johnson, a 5'8", 180-pound male with black hair and brown eyes.

According to police, Johnson was last seen around 4:30 a.m. Thursday in Indianapolis. He was last seen wearing a green hoodie, green sweatpants and white tennis shoes. A photo of Johnson, provided by police, can be seen below:

The Silver Alert said that Johnson is believed to be in "extreme danger" and that he may require medical assistance.
