CLEVELAND, Ohio — Jets head coach Aaron Glenn announced on Thursday that quarterback Justin Fields will return to practice.

Glenn also told reporters that if Fields, who missed Week 3 due to a concussion suffered in Week 2, is cleared from concussion protocol, he’ll be on go to start Monday night versus the Miami Dolphins .

Fields suffered his concussion with 12:03 remaining in the fourth quarter of the Week 2 loss to Buffalo. A game that he was already struggling in, only completing three of his 11 passes for 27 yards.

Backup Tyrod Taylor took over for Fields in that game and accounted for the team’s sole touchdown.

Taylor then started in place of a recovering Fields during the Week 3 loss, which pushed them to an 0-3 record, and currently one of six winless teams in the NFL.
