OZARK, Mo. — Development continues in Ozark, bringing new businesses and new franchises in the area.

"I think it shows the overall attractiveness of franchises wanted to come to Ozark because it's such a great economy," Ozark Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Chris Russell said. "Ozark's becoming a very attractive location to relocate or add new businesses."

Construction is getting closer to the finish line for the city's first 7Brew coffee drive-thru, while work continues at Ozark Marketplace, a major development on South Street, the same stretch of road as the new 7Brew, which will bring Ozark's first Aldi to life.
