Josue Gabriel Astacio, 30, was arrested in Hialeah for the road rage shooting in Poinciana on Tuesday afternoon.

The Osceola County Sheriff, Christopher Blackmon, said the driver of a Mercedes, identified as Josue Gabriel Astacio, and the driver of a Ford Expedition were cutting each other off before the suspect fired three rounds into the Expedition.

The video showed the window shattered. The SUV’s driver fled to Poinciana Medical Center, where the sheriff said someone from the hospital called 911.

Sheriff Blackmon said Astacio, who lives in Kissimmee, hid the Mercedes at a home before leaving for Miami-Dade County. The sheriff said Astacio’s girlfriend drove him there.

Deputies arrested Astacio at a home in Hialeah, where they say they found $10,000 in cash and drugs on him. Detectiv
