ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A protest took place outside Congressman Joe Morelle's office in Rochester, with demonstrators calling for peace and an end to the ongoing war in Gaza.

Inside, Congressman Morelle hosted an invitation-only town hall meeting in partnership with Civic Genius, designed to facilitate deeper dialogue through small group discussions before addressing issues with the congressman.

"We really want to ask Congressman Morelle why he refuses to acknowledge the humanitarian crisis in Gaza," protestor CJ said.
